Charter School Office Portal Help Guides

The Charter School Office (CSO) is in the process of transitioning applications from Survey Monkey Apply ("CSO Portal") to the Ìý("̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Business Portal").Ìý We are happy to announce that as part of the third phase of this rollout, on July 7, 2025, the "Charter RenewalÌýApplication" will be available in the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Business Portal. Therefore, as of July 7, 2025, all new applications for Charter Renewals must be completed and submitted using theÌý, and any revision request associated with the renewal application must also be completed in the .Ìý

As of June 30, 2025, all new applications for charter school revision requests must be completed and submitted using theÌý; however, any revision request applications in progress or submitted, but not yet approved, in the CSO Portal prior to June 30, 2025, will be finalized there.ÌýIn addition, as of June 16, 2025, all new applications for adding a Board of Trustees (BOT) member must be completed and submitted using theÌý̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Business Portal;Ìýhowever, any BOT applications in progress or submitted, but not yet approved, in the CSO Portal prior to June 16, 2025, will be finalized there. With each new application added to the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Business Portal, the CSO has provided BOR-authorized charter schools with an email notification and application-specific portal instructions and guidance, which can also be found below.

Additional Help

To help with the transition, the CSO will offer a schedule of "office hours" during which technical and/or application-specific guidance will be provided through Microsoft Teams sessions. Please watch your email for specific days and times. You may also schedule an appointment outside of the scheduled office hours or email Michael McPherson or your CSO liaison,Ìýas needed.ÌýÌý
